Philomath Warriors (Philomath, OR) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Estacada Rangers (Estacada, OR), 67-51 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Philomath upgrades its record to 9-3 on the season. The Warriors travel to Madras (Madras, OR) to confront the White Buffaloes in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 11. The White Buffaloes come into the challenge with a record of 7-4.

Next up, the Rangers confront the Newport Cubs (Newport, OR) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 12. Estacada will attempt to improve on its 6-7 season record. The Cubs come into the challenge with a 8-3 record after their 81-51 non-league win over Molalla (Molalla, OR).
