In Tuesday's league outing, the Glencoe-Silver Lake Panthers (Glencoe, MN) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Sibley East Wolverines (Arlington, MN), by a margin of 79-45.

The Panthers (6-5) will now prepare for their outing against New London-Spicer (New London, MN). The Wildcats go into the non-league outing with a 7-4 record. In their last outing, New London-Spicer smashed Rockford (Rockford, MN), 66-54, in a non-league outing.

The Wolverines now own a 2-10 record. They play next when they travel to Tri-City United [Montgomery-Lonsdale/Le Center] for a AA Section 2 outing on Friday, January 12. Sibley East will encounter a Titans squad coming off a 88-59 league loss to Belle Plaine (Belle Plaine, MN). The Titans record now stands at 3-8.
