The Madison Plains Golden Eagles (London, OH) basketball nipped the visiting West Jefferson Roughriders (West Jefferson, OH), 37-36 in Tuesday's league test.
The Golden Eagles (5-8) will now prepare for their test against Triad (North Lewisburg, OH). The Cardinals go into the Ohio Heritage test with a 3-8 record.
The Roughriders now own a 1-9 record. They play next when they host Greenon for a Ohio Heritage test on Friday, January 12.
