The Nova Titans basketball team (Davie, FL), was nudged 55-49 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Piper Bengals (Sunrise, FL)
The Bengals now sport a 2-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fort Lauderdale for a 6A District 14 battle on Thursday, January 11. Piper will battle a Flying L's team coming off a 67-60 non-league loss to Pompano Beach (Pompano Beach, FL). The Flying L's record now stands at 10-8.
The Titans (4-12) will now prepare for their battle against Santaluces (Lantana, FL). The Chiefs come into the non-league battle with a 2-8 record.
