The Oak Forest Bengals basketball team scored 41 points and restricted the visiting Tinley Park Titans to 39 in the Bengals league victory on Tuesday.

The Bengals now sport a 9-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Thornton Fractional South for a South Suburban contest on Thursday, January 11. Oak Forest will battle a Red Wolves team coming off a 52-45 league loss to Lemont (Lemont, IL). The Red Wolves record now stands at 6-9.

The Titans (2-12) will now prepare for their contest against Thornton Fractional North (Calumet City, IL). The Meteors come into the South Suburban contest with a 5-5 record. In their last contest, Thornton Fractional North was nudged by Blue Island Eisenhower (Blue Island, IL), 71-64, in a league contest.
