The Ridley Raiders basketball team (Folsom, PA), was toppled 59-39 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Springfield Cougars (Springfield, PA)

The Cougars now possess a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Conestoga for a Central battle on Friday, January 12. Springfield will confront a Pioneers team coming off a 35-33 league win over Penncrest (Media, PA). The Pioneers record now stands at 7-4.

The Raiders (4-6) will now prepare for their battle against Strath Haven (Wallingford, PA). The Panthers come into the Central battle with a 1-11 record. In their last battle, Strath Haven was toppled by Lower Merion (Ardmore, PA), 68-39, in a league battle.
