Oregon High School Basketball - Tigard can't hold off Westview

The Westview Wildcats basketball team scored 44 points and held the visiting Tigard Tigers to 41 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Wildcats now sport a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southridge for a 6A Metro contest on Friday, January 12. Westview will battle a Skyhawks team coming off a 94-32 league win over Aloha (Beaverton, OR). The Skyhawks record now stands at 13-1.
The Tigers (1-11) will now prepare for their contest against Benson Tech (Portland, OR). The Techmen enter the non-league contest with a 4-7 record. In their last contest, Benson Tech was nudged by Franklin (Portland, OR), 70-53, in a league contest.
