Muskegon Big Reds (Muskegon, MI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Mona Shores Sailors (Norton Shores, MI), 72-42 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Muskegon upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Big Reds host East Lansing (East Lansing, MI) to clash with the Trojans in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 20. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 1-1.

Next up, the Sailors clash with the Holland Dutch (Holland, MI) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 11. Mona Shores will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record.
