California High School Basketball - Shandon topped by Alpaugh

The Alpaugh Buffalos basketball team scored 37 points and restricted the visiting Shandon Outlaws to 20 in the Buffalos non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Buffalos now sport a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kings Christian for a East Sierra contest on Friday, January 12. Alpaugh will battle a Crusaders team coming off a 45-17 non-league win over Avenal (Avenal, CA). The Crusaders record now stands at 9-4.

The Outlaws (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against Coast Union (Cambria, CA). The Broncos come into the Coast Valley contest with a 1-5 record. In their last contest, Coast Union dropped by Coastal Christian (Pismo Beach, CA), 51-5, in a league contest.
