The National Trail Blazers basketball team scored 39 points and held the visiting Cambridge City Lincoln Golden Eagles to 10 in the Blazers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Blazers now sport a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Arcanum for a Western Ohio contest on Thursday, January 11. National Trail will battle a Trojans team coming off a 92-76 league loss to Mississinawa Valley (Union City, OH). The Trojans record now stands at 8-4.

The Golden Eagles (2-12) will now prepare for their contest against Hagerstown (Hagerstown, IN). The Tigers enter the Tri-Eastern contest with a 0-15 record. In their last contest, Hagerstown was routed by Northeastern (Fountain City, IN), 75-17, in a non-league contest.
