Haslett Vikings (Haslett, MI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting East Lansing Trojans (East Lansing, MI), 78-43 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Haslett upgrades its record to 5-3 on the season. The Vikings travel to St. Johns (St. Johns, MI) to play the Redwings in a Capital Area - Red bout on Thursday, January 11. The Redwings go into the bout with a record of 5-3. St. Johns lost 58-28 in their recent non-league bout against Holt (Holt, MI)

Next up, the Trojans play the DeWitt Panthers (DeWitt, MI) in a Capital Area - Blue bout, on Friday, January 19. East Lansing will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record.
