The Navajo Prep Eagles (Farmington, NM) basketball crushed the host Escalante Lobos (Tierra Amarilla, NM), 61-16 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Eagles (6-7) will now prepare for their test against Bloomfield (Bloomfield, NM). The Bobcats go into the non-league test with a 9-1 record. In their last test, Bloomfield was trounced by Durango (Durango, CO), 35-32, in a non-league test.

The Lobos now own a 4-9 record. They play next when they host Pecos for a non-league test on Saturday, January 13. Escalante will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 68-66 non-league win over Penasco (Penasco, NM). The Panthers record now stands at 7-6.
