Colorado High School Basketball - Ponderosa topples Thomas Jefferson

In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Ponderosa Mustangs (Parker, CO) basketball squad beat the visiting Thomas Jefferson Spartans (Denver, CO), by a count of 55-44.

The Mustangs (4-8) will now prepare for their outing against Douglas County (Castle Rock, CO). The Huskies go into the 6A/5A Continental outing with a 8-5 record. In their last outing, Douglas County was topped by Vista Ridge (Colorado Springs, CO), 72-69, in a non-league outing.

The Spartans now hold a 3-7 record. They play next when they host Denver South for a non-league outing on Friday, January 12. Thomas Jefferson will clash with a Ravens squad coming off a 66-30 non-league loss to Northfield (Denver, CO). The Ravens record now stands at 7-4.
