The Capital Jaguars (Santa Fe, NM) basketball nipped the host Los Alamos Hilltoppers (Los Alamos, NM), 50-46 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Jaguars (3-5) will now prepare for their test against Piedra Vista (Farmington, NM). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 2-3 record.
The Hilltoppers now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Aztec for a non-league test on Saturday, January 13. Los Alamos will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 37-36 non-league win over Moriarty (Moriarty, NM). The Tigers record now stands at 4-4.
