Loyola Bull Dogs (Detroit, MI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Richard Pioneers (Riverview, MI), 4-2 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Loyola upgrades its record to 5-3 on the season. The Bull Dogs travel to Lutheran North (Macomb, MI) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Friday, January 12. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 4-1.

Next up, the Pioneers clash with the Greenhills Gryphons (Ann Arbor, MI) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 19. Richard will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
