The Pojoaque Valley Elks/Elkettes basketball team scored 85 points and restricted the host Pecos Panthers to 55 in the Elks/Elkettes non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Elks/Elkettes now sport a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Aztec for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 17.

Next up, the Panthers play the Escalante Lobos (Tierra Amarilla, NM) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 13. Pecos will attempt to upgrade on its 4-4 season record.
