Next, the Colonels confront the Cooper City Cowboys (Cooper City, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 11. Plantation will attempt to better on its 7-2 season record. The Cowboys enter the challenge with a 6-5 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Flanagan (Pembroke Pines, FL).
