Kansas High School Basketball - Flinthills triumphant over Bluestem

The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Flinthills Mustangs (Rosalia, KS) and the host Bluestem Lions (Leon, KS), observed Flinthills's basketball team overwhelm Bluestem by a score of 73-33.

The Mustangs (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Oxford (Oxford, KS). The Wildcats come into the South Central Border challenge with a 5-1 record.

In their next game, the Lions battle the West Elk Patriots (Howard, KS) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 10. Bluestem will attempt to improve on its 1-7 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 48-45 non-league loss to Rose Hill (Rose Hill, KS).
