Oregon High School Basketball - Cascade Christian knocks off Douglas

In Thursday's league contest, the host Cascade Christian Challengers basketball team scored a good 55-39 win over the Douglas Trojans.
The Challengers (7-4) will now prepare for their contest against North Valley (Grants Pass, OR). The Knights come into the 3A Southern Oregon contest with a 3-11 record. In their last contest, North Valley was topped by Lakeview (Lakeview, OR), 43-35, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Trojans battle the St. Mary's Crusaders (Medford, OR) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 10. Douglas will attempt to better on its 6-8 season record. The Crusaders come into the contest with a 5-6 record after their 61-55 non-league win over South Umpqua (Myrtle Creek, OR).
