The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Curie Condors (Chicago, IL) and the visiting Clark Eagles (Chicago, IL), observed Curie's basketball team knock off Clark by a score of 55-45.

The Condors (12-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Salesian College Preparatory (Richmond, CA). The Pride come into the non-league challenge with a 13-1 record. In their last challenge, Salesian College Preparatory prevailed over Saint Mary's (Albany, CA), 64-50, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the Manley Wildcats (Chicago, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 11. Clark will attempt to improve on its 8-8 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 9-5 record after their 45-43 league win over Jones (Chicago, IL).
