The Enumclaw Hornets (Enumclaw, WA) basketball were winner over the visiting Kent-Meridian Royals (Kent, WA), 65-45 in Thursday's league bout.
The Hornets now possess a 9-3 record. They play next when they travel to Federal Way for a 3A/4A North Puget Sound bout on Tuesday, January 14. Enumclaw will play a Eagles team coming off a 39-38 league win over Beamer (Federal Way, WA). The Eagles record now stands at 10-2.
With the loss, Kent-Meridian falls to 3-7 on the campaign. The Royals host Highline (Burien, WA) to clash with the Pirates in a non-league outing on Monday, January 13. The Pirates enter the outing with a record of 4-7. Highline lost 79-65 in their recent league outing against Inglemoor (Kenmore, WA)
