Michigan High School Basketball - Forest Park knocks off Escanaba

In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Forest Park Trojans basketball team scored a good 53-40 win over the Escanaba Eskymos.
The Trojans (8-1) will now prepare for their contest against Bark River-Harris (Harris, MI). The Broncos come into the Central Upper Peninsula contest with a 3-7 record. In their last contest, Bark River-Harris was topped by Norway (Norway, MI), 64-40, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Eskymos battle the Westwood Patriots (Ishpeming, MI) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 14. Escanaba will attempt to better on its 7-7 season record. The Patriots come into the contest with a 9-3 record after their 72-44 league win over Houghton (Houghton, MI).
