The Florence/Henry Falcons basketball team scored 54 points and limited the host Wilmot Wolves to 37 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Falcons now have a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Elkton/Lake Benton for a A Region 2 game on Friday, January 10. Florence/Henry will confront a Elks team coming off a 69-53 non-league win over Tri-Valley (Colton, SD). The Elks record now stands at 4-1.
With the loss, Wilmot falls to 3-6 on the campaign. The Wolves travel to Waubay/Summit (Waubay, SD) to confront the Mustangs in a B Region 1 game on Saturday, January 11. The Mustangs go into the game with a record of 4-4. Waubay/Summit won 63-27 in their recent league game against Langford (Langford, SD)
