Florida High School Basketball - Gadsden County victorious over St. John Paul II

In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Gadsden County Jaguars basketball team scored a good 45-36 triumph over the St. John Paul II Panthers.

The Jaguars (4-8) will now prepare for their contest against Walton (DeFuniak Springs, FL). The Braves go into the non-league contest with a 8-8 record. In their last contest, Walton topped South Walton (Santa Rosa Beach, FL), 43-36, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Panthers battle the Leon Lions (Tallahassee, FL) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 10. St. John Paul II will attempt to better on its 7-6 season record. The Lions go into the contest with a 12-5 record after their 72-51 non-league win over Maclay (Tallahassee, FL).
