California High School Basketball - Harker fells University Prep Academy

January 9, 2025: San Jose, CA 95129

The Harker Eagles basketball team scored 53 points and limited the visiting University Prep Academy Golden Eagles to 35 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Eagles now have a 7-5 record. They play next when they travel to Piedmont Hills for a non-league game on Friday, January 10. Harker will battle a Pirates team coming off a 68-58 non-league loss to Evergreen Valley (San Jose, CA). The Pirates record now stands at 6-5.

In their next game, the Golden Eagles battle the Crystal Springs Uplands Gryphons (Hillsborough, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 11. University Prep Academy will attempt to improve on its 9-2 season record. The Gryphons come into the challenge with a 5-6 record after their 59-35 non-league loss to Galileo (San Francisco, CA).
