Iowa High School Basketball - Interstate 35 knocks off West Central Valley

In Thursday's league contest, the host Interstate 35 Roadrunners basketball team scored a good 52-41 win over the West Central Valley Wildcats.
The Roadrunners (5-4) will now prepare for their contest against Pleasantville (Pleasantville, IA). The Trojans come into the West Central contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, Pleasantville defeated Colfax-Mingo (Colfax, IA), 74-42, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Wildcats battle the Woodward-Granger Hawks (Woodward, IA) in a West Central contest, on Friday, January 10. West Central Valley will attempt to better on its 2-8 season record. The Hawks come into the contest with a 1-8 record after their 64-56 league loss to Earlham (Earlham, IA).
