The North Linn Lynx basketball team scored 60 points and limited the visiting WACO Warriors to 40 in the Lynx non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Lynx now have a 10-1 record. They play next when they host Prince of Peace Prep for a Tri-Rivers game on Friday, January 10. North Linn will confront a Irish team coming off a 80-56 league loss to Lisbon (Lisbon, IA). The Irish record now stands at 5-3.

With the loss, WACO falls to 6-2 on the campaign. The Warriors host New London (New London, IA) to confront the Tigers in a SEI - South game on Saturday, January 11. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 0-10. New London lost 73-52 in their recent league game against Danville (Danville, IA)
