The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the School of the Woods Wildcats (Houston, TX) and the visiting Veritas Classical Academy Lions (Beaumont, TX), observed School of the Woods's basketball team overwhelm Veritas Classical Academy by a score of 89-24.
The Wildcats (19-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Banff (Houston, TX). The Bears come into the TCAL challenge with a 2-7 record.
In their next game, the Lions encounter the Community Christian Lions (Orange, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 27. Veritas Classical Academy will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record.
