In Thursday's league test, the Military Magnet Academy Eagles (North Charleston, SC) basketball squad trounced the visiting Bethune-Bowman Mohawks (Orangeburg, SC), by a score of 91-16.
Next, the Eagles encounter the Branchville Yellow Jackets (Branchville, SC) in a A Region 5 test, on Tuesday, January 14. Military Magnet Academy will attempt to improve on its 13-3 season record.
The Mohawks (3-8) will now prepare for their test against Cross (Cross, SC). The Trojans come into the A Region 5 test with a 0-8 record. In their last test, Cross was routed by Timberland (St. Stephen, SC), 34-15, in a non-league test.
