The Cascade Christian Challengers (Medford, OR) basketball toppled the visiting Sutherlin Bulldogs (Sutherlin, OR), 42-31 in Thursday's league bout.
The Challengers now possess a 8-3 record. They play next when they host North Valley for a 3A Southern Oregon bout on Tuesday, January 14. Cascade Christian will play a Knights team coming off a 38-35 league loss to Lakeview (Lakeview, OR). The Knights record now stands at 7-7.
With the loss, Sutherlin falls to 9-4 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Philomath (Philomath, OR) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 14. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 10-2. Philomath won 35-34 in their recent non-league bout against Astoria (Astoria, OR)
