The Pleasantville Trojans basketball team scored 42 points and limited the host Colfax-Mingo Tigerhawks to 26 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Trojans now possess a 8-3 record. They play next when they host Interstate 35 for a West Central game on Friday, January 10.

With the loss, Colfax-Mingo falls to 4-8 on the campaign. The Tigerhawks host Keota (Keota, IA) to confront the Eagles in a South Iowa Cedar game on Friday, January 10. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 2-8. Keota lost 46-31 in their recent league game against H-L-V (Victor, IA)
