The GRACE Christian Eagles basketball team scored 54 points and limited the visiting Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill Lion to 35 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Eagles now have a 5-7 record. They play next when they travel to Cary Academy for a non-league game on Friday, January 10. GRACE Christian will confront a Chargers team coming off a 59-45 league loss to North Raleigh Christian Academy (Raleigh, NC). The Chargers record now stands at 6-7.

With the loss, Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill falls to 1-10 on the campaign. The Lion travel to Neuse Christian Academy (Raleigh, NC) to confront the Lions in a NCISAA Raleigh Area game on Tuesday, January 14. The Lions go into the game with a record of 6-4. Neuse Christian Academy lost 41-14 in their recent league game against St. Thomas More Academy (Raleigh, NC)
