Idaho High School Basketball - Rocky Mountain sneaks past Meridian

January 9, 2025: Meridian, ID 83646

The Rocky Mountain Grizzlies basketball team scored 65 points and limited the visiting Meridian Warriors to 59 in the Grizzlies league triumph on Thursday.

The Grizzlies now have a 9-5 record. They play next when they host Borah for a 6A Southern Idaho game on Saturday, January 11. Rocky Mountain will confront a Lions team coming off a 45-28 league win over Ridgevue (Nampa, ID). The Lions record now stands at 12-2.

With the loss, Meridian falls to 3-11 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Mountain View (Meridian, ID) to confront the Mavericks in a 6A Southern Idaho game on Saturday, January 11. The Mavericks go into the game with a record of 4-9.
