The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the New Hope Christian Warriors (Grants Pass, OR) and the host Rogue Valley Adventist Red Tail Hawks (Medford, OR), observed New Hope Christian's basketball team overwhelm Rogue Valley Adventist by a score of 55-28.
The Warriors (10-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Elkton (Elkton, OR). The Elks come into the 1A Skyline challenge with a 2-7 record. In their last challenge, Elkton was routed by Pacific (Port Orford, OR), 40-32, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Red Tail Hawks encounter the Chiloquin Panthers/Queens (Chiloquin, OR) in a 1A Mountain Valley challenge, on Tuesday, January 14. Rogue Valley Adventist will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record.
