In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Ottawa Hills Bengals basketball team scored a good 50-39 triumph over the Union Red Hawks.
The Bengals (5-4) will now prepare for their contest against Lee (Wyoming, MI). The Legends go into the non-league contest with a 0-8 record. In their last contest, Lee was topped by Tri-Unity Christian (Wyoming, MI), 59-7, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Red Hawks battle the South Christian Sailors (Grand Rapids, MI) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 14. Union will attempt to better on its 1-5 season record. The Sailors go into the contest with a 8-2 record after their 62-49 non-league loss to West Catholic (Grand Rapids, MI).
