Washington High School Basketball - Burlington-Edison nips Nooksack Valley

In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Burlington-Edison Tigers basketball team scored a close 37-30 win over the Nooksack Valley Pioneers.
The Tigers (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against Oak Harbor (Oak Harbor, WA). The Wildcats come into the non-league contest with a 6-5 record. In their last contest, Oak Harbor edged Sehome (Bellingham, WA), 28-25, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Pioneers battle the Meridian Trojans (Bellingham, WA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, January 13. Nooksack Valley will attempt to better on its 4-5 season record. The Trojans come into the contest with a 2-6 record after their 42-13 non-league loss to Anacortes (Anacortes, WA).
