The Capuchino Mustangs basketball team scored 48 points and limited the host James Lick Comets to 11 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Mustangs now possess a 3-3 record. They play next when they host Woodside for a game on Friday, January 10. Capuchino will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 36-33 league loss to El Camino (South San Francisco, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-3.

With the loss, James Lick falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Comets travel to Overfelt (San Jose, CA) to confront the Royals in a game on Tuesday, January 14. The Royals go into the game with a record of 2-1. Overfelt won 19-15 in their recent non-league game against San Mateo (San Mateo, CA)
