Mercy Bears (Burlingame, CA) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Capuchino Mustangs (San Bruno, CA), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Mercy advances its record to 2-3 on the campaign. The Bears host Terra Nova (Pacifica, CA) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league test on Friday, January 10. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 4-1. Terra Nova lost 4-0 in their recent non-league test against Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory (San Francisco, CA)

The Mustangs now have a 0-6 record. They take the field next when they host Terra Nova for a PAL - Ocean test on Tuesday, January 14.
