Globe Tigers (Globe, AZ) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host San Tan Foothills Sabercats (Queen Creek, AZ), 3-1 in a league test.

With the triumph, Globe advances its record to 3-5 on the campaign. The Tigers host Benjamin Franklin (Queen Creek, AZ) to clash with the Chargers in a 3A East test on Wednesday, January 15. The Chargers come into the test with a record of 8-1.

The Sabercats now have a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they host Apache Junction for a non-league test on Wednesday, January 15.
