The Thomas Jefferson Spartans basketball team scored 50 points and limited the host Gateway Olympians to 17 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Spartans now possess a 3-2 record. They play next when they host Adams City for a non-league game on Monday, January 13. Thomas Jefferson will confront a Eagles team coming off a 70-38 non-league win over Montbello (Denver, CO). The Eagles record now stands at 2-6.
With the loss, Gateway falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Olympians travel to Thornton (Thornton, CO) to confront the Trojans in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 21. The Trojans come into the outing with a record of 2-2.
