The Dighton-Rehoboth Regional Falcons football team (North Dighton, MA), was tipped 27-26 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Greater New Bedford RVT Bears (New Bedford, MA)
The Bears (3-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Bourne (Bourne, MA). The Canalmen come into the non-league challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last challenge, Bourne nipped South Shore Vo-Tech (Hanover, MA), 24-21, in a non-league challenge.
The Falcons now sport a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they host Old Rochester Regional for a South Coast - Blue challenge on Friday, October 8. Dighton-Rehoboth Regional will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 24-7 non-league loss to Dartmouth (South Dartmouth, MA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-1.
