Delaware High School Football - Howard victorious over Mount Pleasant

October 1, 2022: Wilmington, DE 19801

In Saturday's league match, the host Howard Wildcats football squad scored a good 20-7 victory over the Mount Pleasant Green Knights.

In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the Hodgson Vo-Tech Eagles (Newark, DE) in a non-league match, on Thursday, October 6. Howard will attempt to move on its 5-0 season record. The Eagles enter the match with a 1-4 record after their 21-0 league loss to Salesianum (Wilmington, DE).

The Green Knights (0-3) will now prepare for their match against Concord (Wilmington, DE). The Raiders enter the non-league match with a 1-3 record. In their last match, Concord was toppled by Caravel (Bear, DE), 44-6, in a non-league match.
