In Saturday's league game, the Mill River Minutemen (North Clarendon, VT) football team smashed the visiting Poultney Blue Devils (Poultney, VT), by a final score of 75-0.
The Minutemen (4-1) will now prepare for their game against Missisquoi Valley (Swanton, VT). The Thunderbirds come into the Division III game with a 0-5 record. In their last game, Missisquoi Valley was trounced by Woodstock (Woodstock, VT), 46-8, in a league game.
The Blue Devils now hold a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Otter Valley for a Division III game on Saturday, October 8.
