With the win, Sandia Prep upgrades its record to 7-6 on the year. The Sundevils travel to East Mountain (Sandia Park, NM) to play the Timberwolves in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 4. The Timberwolves go into the bout with a record of 2-7. East Mountain lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Moriarty (Moriarty, NM)

The Spartans now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Hope Christian for a bout on Tuesday, October 4. Bernalillo will play a Huskies squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Valencia (Los Lunas, NM). The Huskies record now stands at 9-2.
