The Deer Lakes Lancers (Russellton, PA) soccer bounced the visiting South Allegheny Gladiators (McKeesport, PA), 4-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.
With the victory, Deer Lakes moves its record to 7-6 on the year. The Lancers travel to Apollo Ridge (Spring Church, PA) to confront the Vikings in a WPIAL AA 2 bout on Monday, October 10. The Vikings enter the bout with a record of 1-3.
In their next game, the Gladiators confront the Bentworth Bearcats (Bentleyville, PA) in a WPIAL A 2 bout, on Monday, October 3. South Allegheny will attempt to move on its 4-7 season record.
