In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Bishop McNamara Fightin' Irish soccer squad scored a close 7-1 triumph over the Watseka Warriors.
The Fightin' Irish (6-10) will now prepare for their battle against Riverside-Brookfield (Riverside, IL). The Bulldogs come into the Metro Suburban battle with a 8-8 record. In their last battle, Riverside-Brookfield nudged Westmont (Westmont, IL), 8-1, in a non-league battle.
