The crowd at Saturday's non-league test between the Centerville Elks (Centerville, OH) and the visiting Lakota East Thunderhawks (Liberty Township, OH), saw Centerville's soccer squad beat Lakota East by a count of 4-0.
The Elks now hold a 11-1 record. They play next when they host Springboro for a Greater Western Ohio test on Tuesday, October 4. Centerville will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Northmont (Clayton, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 10-0.
With the loss, Lakota East drops to 5-5 on the season. The Thunderhawks host Colerain (Cincinnati, OH) to meet the Cardinals in a Greater Miami test on Tuesday, October 4. The Cardinals come into the test with a record of 4-10.
