In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Normandy Invaders soccer squad scored a close 6-0 triumph over the Steele Comets.
The Invaders (8-2) will now prepare for their battle against Buckeye (Medina, OH). The Bucks come into the Great Lakes battle with a 6-4 record. In their last battle, Buckeye Hawken (Gates Mills, OH), 1-1, in a non-league battle.
The Comets (3-6) will now prepare for their battle against Elyria (Elyria, OH). The Pioneers come into the non-league battle with a 4-6 record. In their last battle, Elyria was overwhelmed by Avon Lake (Avon Lake, OH), 6-0, in a league battle.
