California High School Volleyball - Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary edged by Walnut

The Walnut Mustangs held off the host Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary Cardinals volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Mustangs now have a 24-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Maywood CES for a non-league test on Saturday, October 1. Walnut will confront a Wolfpack team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Elizabeth (Cudahy, CA). The Wolfpack record now stands at 3-15.
The Cardinals (12-7) will now prepare for their test against Pasadena (Pasadena, CA). The Bulldogs enter the non-league test with a 8-8 record. In their last test, Pasadena held off Muir (Pasadena, CA), 3-1, in a league test.
