The Dixie Heights Colonels volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Central Yellowjackets to 0 in the Colonels non-league victory on Saturday.

The Colonels now have a 12-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Holmes for a non-league game on Tuesday, October 4. Dixie Heights will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Bishop Brossart (Alexandria, KY). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-17.

The Yellowjackets (6-12) will now prepare for their game against Highlands Latin (Louisville, KY). The Highlanders enter the non-league game with a 9-12 record. In their last game, Highlands Latin gained a win over Rock Creek Academy (Sellersburg, IN), 2-0, in a non-league game.
